Terms of Service

Each license grants only one individual an ongoing, exclusive, commercial, worldwide license to make use of the musical work you have commissioned, on the following terms listed above on your chosen license. Standard and Distribution Music licenses require the license holder to credit back to Bratty, likewise, Bratty retains the right to publish the finished work for portfolio purposes with due credit to the license holder. If the license holder would prefers to be anonymous in any portfolio showcase, please inform Bratty prior to purchasing either license.

Bratty reserves the right to refuse or cancel commissions. Upfront payment via PayPal (invoice) is required for any work to start. In the event that the commissioner cancels their commission after work has started on the project, a 50% refund of the total payment will be processed. If the cancellation is made prior to work being started then 100% of the total payment will be processed. All refunds will be processed 10-14 business days after notification of cancellation.

Turn around time is between 7-60 days or more per BGM depending on complexity and revisions needed per project. Bratty is unable to take on rush projects, if you have a deadline please take into consideration the turn-around time and take note that each revision requested may take an additional 2-3 days. All deliverables regardless of the license will only include the final output, no stems or source files will be provided.

Each commission has an allotted 1 major revision and 3 minor revisions, any revision requests after which will incur additional fees depending on complexity. Commissioners may request for revisions at any time during the commission process and up to 7 days after the final delivery. If revisions requests are made after the given 7 days additional fees will be incurred. Commissioners are not allowed to, under any circumstance, commission another producer/composer to revise/work on the final product or any WIPs/teasers shared by Bratty.
